We can make a healthy package for the brain and feelings through the body system. Since it is easier to work with the body system, we start with the yoga of the body system instead of the yoga of the brain.

One of the simplest methods to stability the body is by placing it in all the different roles or asanas,
making it more comfortable, liberating it from all the gathered poisons. Doing so enhances our health in amazing methods and causes the brain to become healthier and have more equanimity.
